Testimonials

"No more piles of paper questionnaires waiting for data entry! We love the CAPI system because our data is instantly in electronic format. Thanks!"

"Our study is going really well - we have reached our enrollment goals in record time thanks to the system you built for us."

"This is a quick note to let you know that the survey is going very well. After two 1/2 weeks, we have 73 completed surveys. Thanks so much for all your help getting us to this place."

"Thank you so much for the quick turn-around - we really appreciate all the time and effort you have put into this! The questions you added the pictures to look great - exactly what we were hoping for."

"I cannot recommend Scott and his ACASI team highly enough. Our research requires long and complicated questionnaires with multiple, complex skip patterns, several languages, intricate screening procedures based on inclusion/exclusion criteria, and safety flags for suicidal ideation. Scott has successfully navigated all of these challenges and created a number of outstanding ACASI systems for our team. I can say without question that the use of ACASI has substantially improved the data quality of our studies. Study participants have also repeatedly told us that they prefer the ACASI to any other type of data collection method and children and adolescent participants, in particular, have reported that they find using ACASI makes study participation more enjoyable. In addition to building great systems, Scott is an excellent communicator and is always extremely responsive throughout all phases of our projects, from conceptualization, in which his wealth of experience has been hugely helpful in question design, through implementation. I highly encourage my colleagues in epidemiological research to use ACASI when possible in their studies, and there is no one that I would recommend more highly than Scott. "

"Scott provided great feedback and considerations for the development of my survey, especially with regard to what would be easier for respondents to understand. He was very timely with the development of our ACASI and built in time to pilot the system and continue to tailor the ACASI to meet our needs. The ACASI worked great in the field and many of our participants commented that they enjoyed taking the survey via the ACASI. The data file from the ACASI was easy to input into Stata and conduct data analyses. I highly recommend Scott and his ACASI. He made data collection a smooth process for our study. "

"The ACASI team made a significantly positive impact on my PhD dissertation research done in Ghana. They gave very insightful feedback on my paper questionnaire based on their vast research experience. When the paper questionnaire was finalized, they built a demo CAPI for me and spent time explaining how the system worked and how to access and download the dataset afterwards.
I love the fact that the ACASI/CAPI systems are all completely offline and so can be used globally irrespective of access to internet. It can also be installed on as many data collection laptops/tablets as necessary. The audio option allows study participants with no education to participate in research and also allows studies involving sensitive questions to be conducted in privacy.
The team were available when I had questions and it was a joy working with them."
